TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Clients must inspect “Goods” immediately upon delivery.  In the unlikely event that you receive faulty “Goods” or ‘Goods” that have not been ordered, please email NMHQ immediately on info@NMHQ.com.au.  Include your name, daytime contact no, invoice no, product in question and we will endeavour to contact you within 48hours to discuss.
     
  2. Due to changes in aviation laws, liquids will not be freighted internationally.
     
  3. NMHQ does not accept return of “Goods” on Sale Items or due to Change of Mind”.
     
  4. Any goods accepted for return must be in an “as new” condition, or will be rejected, or a re-stocking fee may apply.  “As New” condition means the “Goods” have not been opened and remain in their original packaging.
     
  5. Due to Health regulations, no returns will be accepted on any body products, such as perfumes and creams and also on earrings.
     
  6. NMHQ will compensate the client for the freight charges of “Goods” returned that it agrees with. 
     
  7. Once you are issued with approval for your return please return goods to

  8. Please include your invoice with your return. Returns are to be received by NMHQ within 7 days of NMHQ approving the return. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. No returns of “Goods” is accepted without prior agreement with NMHQ.
     
  9. This agreement is governed by the Laws and Regulations of the State of Victoria.
